I loved that the entire unit was wheelchair accessible and accessible by lift. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The bar was perfect for a nightcap after exploring Lourdes.

On the plus side, the bedding was comfortable enough. The breakfast served each morning was decent, but it could use more variety. I enjoyed the warm croissants and the coffee, but the overall selection felt limited. The front desk staff were helpful, though not always available when I needed them. I had a bit of trouble getting hot water for tea on my first night. It was also challenging to open the main door at times, which had a gap underneath. I could hear street noise well into the night, making it difficult to get a good rest. Overall, while the hotel offers a nice location for pilgrims, it definitely needs attention to cleaning and amenities.

Good for Pilgrims

The location was fantastic, just a 5 min walk to the grotto. The room was spacious and clean, they even changed the sheets daily, which was nice.

While it wasn't exactly budget-friendly, it was still okay for what we got.
