great location but basic room quality
The location is fantastic, being just a short stroll to the nearby attractions. The surrounding area has a wide choice of restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient.
The room could use some updates for a more comfortable stay.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the sanctuary and surrounded by souvenir shops, perfect for elderly guests. The room was clean and tidy, providing a restful night, though the high bathtub could be an issue for some. Staff offered helpful service throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfactory, but a wider menu would have been appreciated.

Had an awesome time with friends! The staff were super friendly and helped us feel right at home. We loved the quick access to hiking trails and mountain biking spots. The location is perfect and the breakfast was a nice start to our day!
Though our room was comfortable, the synthetic blankets were way too heavy for the warm weather.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Shrine! 🚶♂️ Breakfast was decent, but I wish there were more options. The only downside was the lack of coffee-making facilities.

Great stay in a family room that had a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. The room was spacious with soundproofing, heating, and free toiletries. I loved that the entire unit was wheelchair accessible and accessible by lift. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The bar was perfect for a nightcap after exploring Lourdes.

I really enjoyed my stay! The cozy lounge area made for a great place to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast spread was super satisfying. Just a heads up, the doors lock after midnight, so plan ahead if you're out late! 😊

I stayed here recently for a couple of nights in a Twin Room. The location is truly prime, just a short 10-minute walk to the Sanctuary. The room was passable, though I encountered a few issues with the cleanliness. I found hair on the sheets and in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting. On the plus side, the bedding was comfortable enough. The breakfast served each morning was decent, but it could use more variety. I enjoyed the warm croissants and the coffee, but the overall selection felt limited. The front desk staff were helpful, though not always available when I needed them. I had a bit of trouble getting hot water for tea on my first night. It was also challenging to open the main door at times, which had a gap underneath. I could hear street noise well into the night, making it difficult to get a good rest. Overall, while the hotel offers a nice location for pilgrims, it definitely needs attention to cleaning and amenities.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room had mold in the shower, which was disappointing. Perfect for fans attending live sports events, with a bar open after events. The location is great, just a short walk to attractions.

Good for Pilgrims
The location was fantastic, just a 5 min walk to the grotto. The room was spacious and clean, they even changed the sheets daily, which was nice.
While it wasn't exactly budget-friendly, it was still okay for what we got.

The lobby at Saint Etienne was delightfully charming, with its fresh modern decor that was as welcoming as a warm hug. The lift made zipping up and down easy, which is a lovely perk for us seniors!
More comfortable seating in the common areas.

Friendly and bilingual staff made communication easier.
The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I felt like I was being controlled during breakfast, only allowed one piece of bread and ham. The room had no air conditioning, making it suffocating at night. This hotel was not worth the money I paid.
